What is Powder Coat?
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder.
How does Powder Coat work?
The dry powder gets electrostatically charged so it sticks to a metal surface. After that the part goes into an oven to heat the part to 400 degrees, turning the dry powder into a liquid, allowing the powder coat to flow out onto and fully cover the part.
